The new team will include names such as SV Nathan, Nishchae Suri, Pankaj Bansal, Hema Ravichandar, Suresh Tripathi and Ritu Anand.
In July, ICICI Bank’s K. Ramkumar replaced Mahindra’s Rajeev Dubey as the national president.
The new team has names, such as SV Nathan who will be national secretary, NHRDN. In his professional role, Nathan is senior director and chief talent officer, Deloitte Haskins and Sells.
In addition, Nishchae Suri, partner & head, people and change advisory at KPMG India, will be the national treasurer, NHRDN & president of the Delhi & NCR chapter.
Pankaj Bansal, founder, PeopleStrong will be regional president (North), and Hema Ravichandar, independent HR consultant will be regional president (South).
The eastern chapter of NHRDN will be headed by Suresh Tripathi (V-P, HR Tata Steel) as regional president, while Ritu Anand, deputy global head-HR, Tata Consultancy Services, will head the western chapter.
Ramkumar says, “I look forward to engaging with all the members of NHRDN. Together, we hope to bring about positive changes in HR practices in the country.”
This new team will work together for the next two years, with their efforts focused on strengthening NHRDN’s presence in the market, in alignment with the vision and mission of the network.
