Tata Steel Chooses PeopleStrong to Help Augment its Employee Experience Approach in Thailand

PeopleStrong, a leading provider of human resource management technology, today announced that it has been chosen by the Thailand entity of Tata Steel, Asia’s first integrated private steel company to streamline internal HR business functions and help optimise the approach to positive employee experience through its artificial intelligence and chatbot solutions and integrated work management platform.

With this implementation Collaboration platform, Tata Steel (Thailand) will be able to drive better digitalisation of HR processes, overcome challenges faced with disparate legacy systems and efficiently manage employee payroll and leave management, apart from confirmations, promotions and transfers.

Collaboration, an intelligent collaborative work management platform built by PeopleStrong will help enable Tata Steel’s employees to collaborate securely on a unified platform, translating to higher employee productivity. Also, PeopleStrong’s Jinie, a personal AI Assistant and HR ChatBot, will provide instant responses to employees’ queries and allow them to carry out transactions from the same platform.

By leveraging PeopleStrong’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Tata Steel likewise will be able to better manage its leaves, attendance, and payroll for its 1,136 employees and 950 contractors in Thailand. The system also enables them to effectively handle transfers, confirmations and promotions for its employees.
